Prompt for password after selecting from dropdown, also restrict data

    Hi,

I have some confidential data, and I would like to restrict the user from viewing the data for other users.

I have two things here -

    1) to prompt for password after selecting the name from drop down.

    2) delete the rest data which is not relevant for him/her. Aim is that the user should not be able to view the data for others except for the managers.

Attached is the demo file where -
"Expense sheet" - has the drop down I dont want sally to view the data for lami and so on and so forth.

    Thanks in Advance

    Try it -

I am Assuming that the Numbers in Column A of Sheet "Lookup" are the Passwords against Names in Column B.

Let me know if this wsnt what you were looking for.

    Thank You,

    Deep
