If you are intere$ted in helping me with this algorithm, please send me a private message. The formulas will be based from the below rules. There must be three outputs. One for Peak, one for Intermediate and one for Base. I've highlighted the variables red. If you private message me, I will $end you the book to work from.

    Rules:

    Where-
the monthly billing demand for the Peak and Intermediate Demand Periods is the greater of:
    a) the maximum measured load in the current billing period, or
    b) a minimum of 50% of the highest billing demand in the preceding eleven (11) monthly billing periods, and
the monthly billing demand for the Base Demand Period is the greater of:
    a) the maximum measured load in the current billing period but not less than 250 kW, or
    b) a minimum of 75% of the highest billing demand in the preceding eleven (11) monthly billing periods, or
    c) a minimum of 75% of the contract capacity based on the maximum load expected on the system or on facilities specified by Customer.

Essentially, I have to come up with 3 different $ figures for billing based on the following chart while forming three separate algorithms from the above

    for Peak Intermed. Base
    $4.09 $2.73 $1.70

I think I figured out a simple way. I will just use the max() and then use the max() again on the extracted data. It seems to work. Thanks for your help all.
