how to create a border in vb to reflect on the excel sheet

Hi,
I have an html page taht has vbscrip code aand an active x object .I slice the contents of the active x object on to an excel sheet using the create object method.

How do i create a border around rane(a2:a10) in vbscript so that it is reflected on the excel sheet when it is opend.
