Sendkeys Question

Ok I have a workbook with 4 sheets. The macro copies data from sheet 1 and pastes it in sheet 2. After this paste I want to move down 1 row for next loop/paste. I tried application sendkeys "~". this does not work. I copy data from sheet 1 to all other sheets and refresh about once a minute. Need this routine for all three sheets.

Ok folks,
After many minutes of digging I found the solution. I use activecell offset. I will probably have more questions as I am very new at this and am really struggling.
