auto highlight a cell

hello all,
I need to figure out a way to have a cell change colors when the mouse is over it. this is for my rolodex page. when I look up a number in my rolodex I click the cell with the number, I need the cell to temporarilly change colors while the cell is selected and then when it's deselected I need it to go back to the color it was prior to selecting it.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
