Workbook_Open Event

I have the following code which I want to update clock upon my opening of a workbook. When I open my workbook the clock isnt updated, I have to manually run the macro to get the clock to update. From what i have researched I suspect my Workbook_Open code is in the wrong place. However I have put the code in a module, and in a class-module but neither seem to run upon opening. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. By placing it in a worksheet, Im assuming you mean the sheet that I want the UpdateClock to happen, as determined by the VBA Project sidebar. I transferred the code to the specific worksheet (on the side bar), saved it, shut my workbook down, then re-opened it and it still didnt update upon opening. Thanks.
