I have a questionaaire which asks a series of questions. The questionnaire gets used over and over again. I want to create a macro that will replace the answers made by the user with a series of default answers which are held on another sheet.

For example,
Question Default Answer Cell reference
Client name: blank d2
Number of years as a customer: less than 5 d3
Business growth over past 12 months: less than 5% d4
Are you GST registered? yes d5

How do I put the default values back into the questionnaire using the cell references above? Can anyone help? Thanks.

For purposes of evaluating the responses, why would you assume that defaults applied after the question have been left blank are correct?

If you want default responses, you can add them at design time or during initialization of the form -- that way, people at least see them.
