Macro to save a file as latest version

Can not figure this out to save my life.
I am opening a excel version 2.1 file and saving it as the latest version.
I need to do this automaticaly but i can't get a macro to work, even if I load it in a different spreadsheet.

Do you have some macro code already or do you need someone to write it? The Workbook SaveAs method will do this automatically. For an existing file, the default format is the last file format specified, and for a new file, the default is the format of the version of Excel being used.
