Automatic deletion of rows and a formula question

    Hello Again,
Just wondering if anyone has tried this before. I have been pondering away to reduce file size and speed up my file response time. My scheduling program is near completion, however I have noticed on my info storage sheet which potentially can hold over 65,000 rows of info is slowing the program down due to the fact that I have one small formula in ever row of that sheet. In reality I don’t need that many rows of info (but I would like the sheet to be maintenance free, meaning I don’t want to have to delete row manually when the program slows down). So I was wondering if it would be possible to have lets said 1000 rows of info, then after row 1000 a macro would delete the first few rows of info. The other thing I was curious about is the formula thing…instead of the formula on 65,000 rows; could the macro place the simple formula in the next available free row?

This is the existing code, with my plain language request at the end:

Why not place the result in the cell insyead of the formula?
    Hope that helps.

That's not possible because, I use this sheet to collect data from different staff, Cell A is a date and Cell C is one of many possible scenarios, Cell G is combination of date (in number format format) and the scenario that another formula on a separate sheet uses as a search criteria.
