    Hyperlink format issue.

I've attached a sample file, and I need the 3rd column to still leave the number in the box, but to automatically create a link based on a link template, and the 1st letter of the first name and the full lastname embedded in the link in a specific area.

The first row is how I want all of these to be, but I want this automated if at all possible, to where if we changed the name on column 2, it would update the name in the hyperlink next to it in column 3. Some sort of formula that would automatically fix these.

We would also need to be able to manually manipulate the link the the 3rd column without messing up column 2.

This would be a tremendous help to me.

    Hello Transpire,

I have added 2 macros to your workbook which is attached. When you add a name to column "B" it won't create a hyperlink unless there is a value in column "C". You can add a value to column "C" later and then click the check mark on the Formula Bar to create the link. All links can be edited manually.

Worksheet Event Macro - this will update the hyperlinks whenever the named is changed in column "B"
