searching difficulty

Ok im desparate for some help here, im sure this is an easy one for someone here;

im having trouble using the find() function... i want to return all the column indexes where the string "ACTIVE" appears in selection.row

does that make sence?

awesome! cheers man this looks like just what i need.
i have columns that have "ACTIVE" as a flag to copy data to other sheets.
