Combine 3 sheets of data

I have 3 sheets of data that I need to combine into one.
In Module2 you can see the idea of what I need but Im a bit confused on how to do it.

I need the sheets RELMA, CHEREE and BRETT put into IMPORT SHEET.
I want to do it in that order and overwrite anything that might be different.

But if I use VLookup it doesnt give me the row number does it?
And I dont want it to be too slow as there could be a LOT of data to import.

its alright, i made a routine to add a row number column which is the column the vlookup returns.

i have it all working for the first sheet, shouldnt take long till i have it all done
