    Greetings All,
Is there a VB routine that can unhide rows when I print?

    Unhide rows during print

    Thanks for the reply.
I inserted the code in the "This workbook" section of the VB editor however it does not seem to work when I try to print.
    Am I missing a step?
    Thanks again

    Unhide Rows for printing

    Thanks again for the reply.
I was successful inserting it; however, it prints one copy before re-hiding and then proceeds to print a second with the rows hidden.
Is there a way to stop the second print?
    Thanks

    Unhide Rows for printing

Hi Thanks for the quick response

Should the "Cancel -True" line be "Cancel=True"
It gives me an error the first way.
When I do change it to the later, it runs, unhides and immediately rehides the row but does not print.

If i change the value to "False" it runs, unhides prints and then hides the rows and reprints the worksheet.

I truly appreciate your help in the matter
