re-arranging large amount of data using Excel 2007

i'm hoping someone will be able to help me with what i think is a simple question.

i need to summarise a large series of results in a row table into a column table. i've attached a spreadsheet to illustrate what i need, yet there are hundred of products (columns). the data (three states) is for products and stores. not all states have the same products nor stores. i need it summarised into the columns at the bottom of the worksheet.

someone suggested i may need a macro. could someone suggest a formula or help with a macro to do the following:
    1. look at the first table and extract the first product, then copy the stores associated with that state and display the results.
    2. then look at the second product, copy the stores associated with that state and display the results etc.
    3. continue doing this until all products and stores are summarised.
    4. then move onto the next state.

    thanks
