I'm a real estate agent and am trying to come up with an easy way to plan my clients escrow.
I need a fomula that will take todays date and add 45 days to it and give me a result of the date of the 45th day.

I need a fomula that will take todays date and add 45 days to it and give me a result of the date of the 45th day.
Am I missing something?
=TODAY()+45
=TODAY() is volatile so it will change.
