    macro to populate a table

if some could help me get started on this, I'm trying to take list off a sheet called List ( attached pic ) and populate the table on a sheet called I-O List,
there is already a formula to get the Module type and calulate the data, on the list it shows how many Inputs and Outputs it has so I need it to look like the final pic I attached, it will basically say if inputs = 16 it will start at 0 and go up. I just don't know how to populate a table, and count up from 0. and the last objective is theres a column called X if the cell is empty I don't want to calculate the line on the list, if it = X then I do.

    Thank You,
for you time to even reading this and if you could assist please respond.

    Hi

Rather than a series of pictures, can you zip up a small excel example file showing the before and after situations.

    Hi

This doesn't do any of the formatting, but I think it will transfer the data across for you.

Put it into a general module, and see how it goes. It will clear any existing data in the output sheet columns F:M before it starts moving the data across.

    Hi

I'm assuming that you don't want to process the items with an X in column B. I'd bring in column B to the output area, then delete those rows, then do the rest of the processing.
