userform only works on my PC

OK guys and gals... especially all Excel Guru's

I built a request form in excel using a couple of userforms.

Excel opens, hides itself, open a userform.
Based on user choice opens one of 2 other userforms.
    user enters data and saves.
VBA macros takes info and creates a basic database, open and preps an email and sends it.
Operators at other end of email, open the file again original userform open.
Operator (When oked by password) opens 3rd userform and data that user entered is transfered from this workbook to a central Excel database workbook in our shop.

Now! Here's my problem... It all work fine.... On my computer only .

I already verified that there is no pointers to any locations specific to my computer (Hell the file is on the server drive) or name. I check my test computers (About 10 of them) and all macro securities, options and version are all set identically. What gives??????

Please! Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank You!

    P.S. I've attached the program

It's really frustrating when users can't be bothered to use a descriptive title. This helps us decide if we can help & also helps members who use the Forum search to find answers.

I get the "project unviewable" message when trying to access the code. What version of excel are you using?

I opened it and it seemed to work fine... no errors at all.

    Workbook opens
Excel not hidden - can see sheets - Form opens.
    Select English 2nd form opens

    Can not test any further
Can not check VBA code as project is password protected
    Filled form bogus data
    Emailed to myself
Open emailed form - form blank looked & behaved exactly as the zipped workbook

    I am using Excel 2003 SP 2

The code is unviewable - have you shared the workbook before saving it?
