    Limit to number of objects

    Is there one?

I'm trying to create a Dividend reconciler, and to do so I've created an object Dividend and then a collection of them. There is going to be quite a few of these. It's working well, but only seems to initalise 256 objects, is this the limit? Maybe the limit of objects in a collection?

If this is the case is there anyway of getting round it? I was thinking maybe to use more than one collection.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Wanted to bump this up, as I'm hoping someone who hasn't seen my post might. Would really appreicate some help if anyone can, or maybe just point me in the direction of websites or books that would be good to read.

Anyway, merry christmas and I hope everyone has a good break.

    Thanks,

    Tom

I don't think anyone understands what you are asking. What do you mean by an "object dividend"?
    Hope that helps.

    Oh ok, sorry.

What I meant is that I have a class called dividendData, the class is used to store data, so for each line in the spreadsheet my macro looks at, an dividendData object is created from this class.

Each instance of this class, i.e. what I was refering to before as a dividend object, is then added to a collection

My question is, is there a limit to the number of class instances that can be added to a collection?
