reduce code which checks for changes

I have 2 sheets, SET and SITE , SET is the sheet I Use and I send a copy of of it to the management (SITE) they then fill in the appropriate boxes. Once they send it back to me I check and make sure they have not cheated by changing certain cells. I have got the full code below working like a dream but A) it is slow b) and the code is long winded .. can anyone help me reduce it ?

the sort reference is not valid.Make sure that its within the data you want to sort, and the first sort box isnt the same or blank.

I will try to make a sample doc and send it thru.. leave it with me for the mo.
