    speed up formula

    How can I speed this up ??? it sticks for 3 mins or so..

    I don't think that there is any problem in your code. You must be having a large data to work with and with so many formulas to recalulate it is taking time.

    Have one suggestion though. Is your page break view on? If yes switch it off. ( Tools > Options > View > Page Breaks ticked off ).

    It must be typo but you may want to make screen updating true at the end.

    hi sorry but still it takes ages

    I have changed it to true (typo) still takes ages

    You go to the trouble of computing the last row through which to apply the formulas, yet the formulas themselves hard-code a 60,000 row range. Is that necessary?

    If it's the difference between 60,000 rows and 50,000, it won't make much difference -- but if it's a lot more than that, it would make a significant difference.

    Edit: I can't even speculate on what the formulas are doing, but perhaps they only need to account for the rows above or below rather than the entire range?
