Using Range in Worksheet_Calculate

I cant seem to use RANGE in my worksheet function.
The code works fine in a normal sub.
Can anyone help?

yea thanks that fixed it.

Only problem now is it seems to be running twice for each row..

In the attached worksheet it checks to see if B C & D are filled out, if they are N is set to YES which is what the code looks for. It then copies some data to the second sheet. When its done it removes the YES.

(I have changed it to Worksheet_SelectionChange)
