code to change text colour

Hi, I have a code written already that changes the colour of a cell based on certain criteria, what I can't work out is how to change the colour of the text.

I have attached a file, for example in the 'Jan' tab column F31, is looking in the 'Companies' worksheet, at the moment I have manually changed the colour of this text but do you know if there is a way it can return the text colour as it is set in the 'Companies' tab?

Any help on this would be appreciated!
