array filled from txt file error

Im filling an array from a text file and am recieving an error which i cant get my head around. The purpose of the program is to search every cell within a speadsheet for a list of words that are in a txt.file - these words get passed into an array which is then used to search every row

the way the array is filled works fine on its own, but when the search part of the program was added it gave off a( runtime error "62" input past end of line)

attached is the macro and the txt file
