backup file to another computer

Hi,all
how can to do . I will create the user form that when click the macro button.
userform will show .then select my 1 of 20 boss name . and after click "ok" my excel file name "data.xls" is backup to my boss's computer the path 125346\data folder\..
125346 is my selected boss's computer on the network
20 boss name is in the R1:R20 in the sheet1 of file data.xls
-125346 boss name "mr.ken"
-125347 boss name "mr.frank"
-125348 boss name "mr grano "
and so on.....

can any one help me this the ex.file
