    Unhappy Sumproduct or something else

    Hi,
I need some help regarding the SUMPRODUCT.

Sumproduct works well with me when it comes to numbers, I usually use Sumproduct in counting numbers and texts as well..

my question, can i use some product to display the corresponding text after it satisfy the condition?...like for example,

condition 1 = find all the text that is equal to JOHN
condition 2 = find all the text that is equal to EVALUATOR 1

once the two conditions were met, the cell must display the REMARKS (in narrative form)...the remarks for JOHN by the EVLUATOR 1

SUMPRODUCT() only works with numbers as a result. Perhaps an MLOOKUP() function is what you're looking for, you'll find it on my site.
