Calclating a value from a data table

Hi
I would like to calculate Fa with respect to different categories (A, B, C, D, &E) and different values of Ss. I have attached the table, for example for category of D and response Spectral Acc. Ss = 0.7 I should have Fa= 1.24.
I would appreciate your help in advance.

you need to explain a bit more as to what you want. also should it be in excel not word

Thanks for response, I have to find a site coefficient which is depended to two variables (site classifications as A,B,C,D,E, as one variable and time as another variable), how can I determine that. I appreciate your help.
