    Saving a page in PDF

    Hi

I no it is poss to save a worksheet in a pdf format. What i have is a Purchase worksheet with a command button. When i want to place an order with a company I input all the details, then i want to be able to click the command button have a copy of the page save as a PDF ( and put into a order folder ) have the purchase order number increase and clear the sheet ready for the next order.

I think i can do the increasing number and clear sheet code, just need help with the creating a copy in pdf and returning to the sheet once is has been done.

The reason for this is i use Efax and i can attach a pdf to the cover sheet of the fax.

    Many thanks

PDF is done with the printer, if you have pdf on your computer and you want to convert something to pdf, then select: file, print, select the pdf printer
and print, a window should pop up and ask for a folder and file name,

You can set the print to pdf using the macro recorder, that's about it...

Most pdf's are not VBA compatible, so programming it to save as in a folder, or giving it a file name, may not be possible.
If you plan on buying a PDF, maybe do some investigating to see which PDF software can be VBA manipulated before you buy it
