autofilter to hide columns

Hi

I have a spredsheet with an autofilter, when the filter is off I want to see all the columns. when the filter is selected I want to hide columns depending on what is selected.

I have made a sample sheet to show what i am trying to achieve.

eg
red Col O-R visible
Blue Col S-T visible
yellow Col U-V visible etc.

I started a thread in General yesterday and "ChemistB" said I should try posting in programming instead.
