Assigning Marco to cell which brings MsgBox

Hi,

I need help creting a marco that brings up a message box when you select a cell and asks if you've filled out a certain sheet if yes then it goes to the next worksheet in the series if no then it takes you to the form that it's asking you about.


any code would be appreciated.
