    Hi Tracey,

When this has happened to me (and I'm sure they are various other reasons why it happens) it's either been as a result of a user keeping the particular workbook open overnight which as we do nightly backups, causes grief or there's been a link to an external image and that image has been deleted.

No guarantees this will solve the problem, but you could try the following the following five steps:

    1. Unhide any hidden sheets in the workbook
    2. Right click any tab, and from the shortcut menu select Select All Sheets
    3. Right click any tab, and from the shortcut menu select Move Or Copy
    4. Select (new book) from the To book list box and then click the Create a copy check box
    5. Click OK

Though you may now have to fix any external links, this will have created a workable copy of the original.

The module(s) containing the macro(s) will also have to be copied over from the existing workbook to newly created one. Let me know if you need instructions on how to do this.

    HTH
