    Deleting a row based on date

    I have data that I want to purge if the date is older than one year. The date value is in column H. Here's a logical (sort of) depiction of what i want done:

    This looks at data in the first row, sees if it is older than one year, and deletes it, shifting rows up. Then repeat until cell H15 is within one year.

    Looks like I was pretty tired, having stayed up until 0600 working on this project with VBA Noob. It was actually very simple:
