Macro to update

I have created a workbook that is to store weekly percentages for each of 8 different shifts. The weekly totals are converted to points and are then sent to a table where by ranking formula, the shifts are placed in positions 1 to 8.

The table will be automatically updated when the latest weeks percentages get added but I have been asked if I can keep "last weeks scores" so as to show the difference between the latest weeks performance against the last weeks performance similar to what is below but simplified;

As much as searching can normally help I have found nothing that will even closely help me in this case. To help I have attached the Summary sheet and added comments so it is maybe clearer on what I am trying to achieve. If it is unachievable I would dearly like to know.
