disable VBA screen

hello

i wanted to know if there is anyway to diable the VBA screen in other word disable ALT+ F11 or any other ways that let you go to the VBA scren becuae if the user can go to the VBA screen then they can easily change the codes or find out the password for any userform etc

in vba screen
select tools/vba project properties/protection
check lock project from viewing
set password
save ,close and reopen workbook

Add a password to the project. They can open the VBE, but will not be able to view the project.
