Default value/text for variable in Function declaration

Hi guys,
In function variable declaration section, please advice how we assign default value/text for some/all parameter?
Example :
Function ABC (ByVal DiskNo As integer, ByVal DateBuy As text...)
Possible to give default value 10 for DiskNo ? (of course, user still have freedom to enter their value).
