Using a macro to draw borders

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a macro to draw some borders.

I have data that starts in cell C10 and can go up to E30 (the amount changes daily). The columns are Day, Time, and Person. I would like a macro to draw a thick line around all the “Mon” in column C (including the data in columns D and E), a thick line around all the “Tue” in column C (including the data in columns D and E), and so forth until there is no more data in column C.

I also need a thin border between columns C and D and between columns D and E where data is present.
    Thanks!
