Use master list to find entries in another sheet and add corresponding text

Hello,
I have two excel sheets, sheet one contains two columns -- one is an alpha-numeric code and the second is a title corresponding to that code. Sheet two is a list of about 20,000 entries each containing one of these codes (the codes are repeated across many entries). I would like to be able to automatically paste the text title from sheet 1 into the cell next to the corresponding code in sheet 2.

Would someone please help me?
