    How to Unhide Database View

I need to Unhide database view for a particular database. As soon as I log on to the database I go to the Form view. Kindly let me know how to access the database view as I dont have direct access to the database.

    Hello liarliar,

As far I as know, Excel doesn't have a "Database View" like it has a "Page Break Preview". Are you using some third party software like a database viewer for Excel?

    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

Hi liarliar, as you know, this is an Excel forum..

But, if you press F11 in Access it should bring up the database window as long as that function hasn't been disabled in the database properties.

If that doesn't work, I believe you can hold down the SHIFT key when double-clicking on the database file/shortcut to open to the database window instead of the startup form.
