DAO working in 2007; not 2003

Hi,
So, I have an excel spreadsheet interacting with an access database via VBA, which I know isn't always a great idea, but for our purposes, it makes the most sense. But, the following code is what I've created to save new data to the database. This code works in Excel 2007, but when I switch to try it in 2003, it doesn't work. No error messages or anything, but when I check the database and refresh it, it hasn't added the new data. Any ideas?

The localDB has it set up so that the field names are all in the first row and data in the second row so that's how I've done the titleCell/dataCell setup in case you hadn't guessed already. If you need more info, please let me know. Thanks so much.
