worksheet change event

if either one of the cells listed as target change i want the subsequent action to follow. This seems only to work for the 1st if statement. how does one ensure the second stmnt gest evaluated as well. Thanks

If it's either value you want both blocks of code to execute?

If i change it to two different blocks, it is still just the first one that gets evaluated. How do one get the 2nd block to be evaluated as well. Thanks
