Question Adding a lotus notes hotspot button through excel VBA

Right... I've got the Excel vba code to to send my reports via lotus notes by using the Lotus UI in order to display the Signature.
Though we need to put a hotspot button on the email so the recipients of the reports can click it if they no longer need the report. The button should then automatically send an email back to me saying this user no longer needs the report.

I've searched everywhere on the web and can't find any code for it.
Question: Can it be done and how?

    Thanks

    Chappo

    Hello Chappo,

I don't know much about Lotus Notes, but I feel what you want to do is possible. You would have to build your button at run time from Excel. So the Excel piece is easy. The code needed to create the hotspot button requires an in depth knowledge of Lotus Notes code. You might want to post your question at the IBM site for Lotus Notes.
