Delete Row Based On Cell Content

Hey all -

I have a macro that reformats a report and I need to add a portion of code to the existing code that will look in column J and delete any rows in column J that contains any one of the following phrases:

Pending Nonpay Cancellation

Pending Nonpay Cancellation Payment Received

Renewal Quote

If anyone can put me in the right direction on this, it would be appreciated.
