I am looking for adding column like this example

I am looking for adding in vba to add to my macro.
now my macro is not adding as it suppose to.
I need like in the N column I need it to add only the 300 and 88, to give me a total of 388 not the total of column M
my formula is
and my sample file is attached.
I need it to break in adding not adding all column M, when ever there is a blank row I want it to start new sum.

Make sure that the blank cells in column M are really blank, and don't contain a space. Couldn't be sure of your actual data based on the word document.
