windows sched to run macro

im trying to get a macro to run once a week . I read it can be done using windows scheduler. can anyone shed some light on it plz

Try Entering into the Run box of the scheduler, the full path to Excel and also the full path\name of the file to open. Ensure each is enclosed in double quotes and separated with a space. E.g.:
