Hi; wonder if anyone can assist please.
I assess excel worksheets containing sales data.
We have in the region of say 250 active accounts of which say 30 major accounts are assigned certain personel. (10 each).
From my original data I create several copy sheets & have sorted them 'by customer', 'by product group'; 'by nil sales' etc; etc.
What I'm hoping to do is colour code these account names on each worksheet so they highlight themselves to whoever requires the information; i.e. Red would be Bills major accounts; Yellow would be Alf's major accounts & Blue would be Jacks major accounts.
Is it possible to automate this proceedure by 1st colour coding 1 appropriate cell & then asking excel to find each other cell containing the same account code. ie account number ABC001?
Any help would be much appreciated.
