Creating a Shortcut menu but is not working!

Hello all, I am using this piece of code found on Excel Power Programming With VBA but I can't figure out what the myItem variable should be I keep getting an error when I run it.
I have tried CommandBarControl, CommandBarPopUp etc., but I keep getting either:
Object variable or With block variable not set OR
Method or data member not found (pointing to "FaceId").

If anyone have this ebook or book and knows how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. The ebook is missing the declaration portion of this code....I was trying to add it in there but it is not working.

Edit 1: It doesn't work, there is no such thing as just Control.
