Webcam embed

I am making personal info excel sheets for auditions where I will see about 100 people an hour and want to spped up the following processes

I would like to click on a cell/button that would then show the live image from my webcam in a predetermined cell - presized. Then I need a second button (or click) to save an image from the cam into the cell so I can save the document.

I am also looking for code that would save text from a specific cell as part of the document name i.e. 2008smith.xls, 2008jones.xls
