Function to copy values into new sheet

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm stuck. I have to create a Macros that allows you to give a line number, it takes all the values in that line and pastes it into another sheet, then it goes back ans starts from the line after that and copies over 15 lines at a time until it runs out of lines. Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

Do you have a copy of the workbook that you can post (.zip the workbook and post it)?

You say you want to keep copying until you run out of lines. What do you mean by that? How would you run out of lines?

Yes this is the file. So the user enters a line. The marcros takes thatline and copies all its values to another sheet, then it starts to copy 15 lines at a time from the selected line into the other sheet.
