Protecting formats when pasting in.

Hi all,

I've recently developed a spreadsheet and a lot of the information feeding into it will be pasted.

I noticed that the formating of borders and text changes when the data is pasted.

Is there a simple maro I could add to stop this from happening so that only the values are entered into the format that I have developed?
