Loop macro to delete and copy text

All,

I need assistance to create a macro that will find a specific line of text and delete it. Then, I need to copy text that occurs as a data header in column A to the next blank row in column A, and repeat; in between the data sets there are blanks.

I have attached the spreadsheet with text that needs to be deleted in yellow, and text that needs to be copied in other colors.

In the original spreadsheet, the same modifications need to be applied to 14 tabs w/ data in identical format.
