    Exclamation inserting formula through VBA

    I'm trying to insert a formula in excel sheet with the help of formula property,
    but it gives an error "object not defined"

    Sheets("tellers").Range("a1").Formula = "=DATE(YEAR(A2);MONTH(A2)-1;1)"

    I have no idea how to get it working, wud someone please help me with this?

    I think your Formula is wrong. Try something like

    Replace the semi-colons with commas in your formula.
